Learn the Bella Bee way. Build your own clientele.
Bella Bee Hair Studio is growing, and I'm looking for motivated assistants who want to learn hands-on behind the chair. You'll train directly with me on lived-in color, blonding, extensions and the consultation-first experience my clients trust, then grow into taking clients of your own under the Bella Bee name.
The Role
As a Bella Bee assistant, you'll work alongside me on real clients: prepping and shampooing, blowouts and styling, color application, extension installs, and keeping the studio running smoothly.
Licensed stylists and cosmetology students are welcome to apply. Availability for evenings and Saturdays is a must.
Every appointment is a chance to learn, so you'll see the full Bella Bee experience from consultation to finished look.
How You'll Grow
Training is step by step. As your skills and consistency grow, you'll start taking your own clients with direct booking, supported by Bella Bee's marketing, social media and reputation.
I'm careful about who joins the studio. I'm looking for people who are coachable, reliable and kind, and who take their craft seriously.
The Studio
You'll learn and work in a welcoming studio where clients trust our expertise and our modern, easy-to-maintain recommendations.
We provide towels, drapes, backbar and station products, retail, a coffee bar, snacks, and shared clips, tint brushes, bowls and whisks.
As you build your clientele, Bella Bee's social media and marketing will help showcase your work.
